Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CloseBoth website and services, including by creating an account, logging in, or continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

CloseBoth provides educational resources and services for licensed real estate professionals interested in dual licensing as mortgage loan originators. We are not a mortgage lender, bank, or financial advisor. Any mortgage lending services are provided by independently licensed mortgage companies and loan originators.

Consent to Contact

By submitting your contact information through our forms, you consent to receive communications from CloseBoth via phone, text message, email, or other methods using the contact information you provide.

You may revoke this consent at any time by contacting us at hello@closeboth.com.

Invite-Only Access

Access to CloseBoth is by invitation only. Invite codes are single-use and non-transferable. By accepting an invite and creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You may create an account using an email and password or by signing in with Google. When signing in with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Platform Data

CloseBoth provides tools for tracking licensing progress, managing invitations, and logging deal activity. Information you enter into the platform is stored to provide these services. CloseBoth is not a mortgage lender and does not process loan applications or make lending decisions.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when using our forms
• Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Not submit contact information belonging to another person without their consent

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that any particular real estate outcome, transaction, or result will occur. All real estate transactions involve risk and are subject to market conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloseBoth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any real estate transaction facilitated through our platform.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the CloseBoth website or services are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

You agree that any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The website and services are intended for users located in the United States.

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@closeboth.com and giving us at least 30 days to respond.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
